Over the years, Homes by Jim Ingledue Construction has helped shape much of Northeast Indiana. From Steuben and LaGrange to Noble and DeKalb counties, Homes by Jim Ingledue Construction has helped shape the landscape of these areas. Jim’s personal philosophies are the root of the dedication of his employees, and their commitment to the business and the community.
Jim Ingledue began working in the construction trade at the age of fifteen. Working with his father, he learned to work hard and to exceed customer expectations. He observed the weaknesses and strengths of other builders and determined that a successful company needed financial responsibility, honesty, quality, and pride of workmanship. With this in mind, Jim created his own Angola based company in 1977. Over the years Jim has maintained his philosophy; becoming one of the area’s most respected home builders.
The next chapter for the company began in 1998 with the addition of Ken Wilson to the team. Ken began his career with the firm as director of operations and in 2004, he became president and co-owner. Ken shares Jim's dedication for quality and service and has helped fuel the company's growth.
As charter members of the local Home Builders Association of Northeast Indiana (BANI), Homes by Jim Ingledue Construction, Inc. is dedicated to being active members in good standing. The HBA provides educational opportunities that keep our company aware of the governmental regulations that affect the building industry.
