Jim Ingledue Construction built a neighbor's home on Hamilton Lake and we enjoyed watching the process. When we called Rick Getts about building, we were impressed with the various drawings and plans they prepared to help up make our decision.
We enjoyed the planning and selection of electrical and plumbing fixtures. It is challenging to viualize the items in your home. We were most impressed with the progress visits by Jim and the coordination of the project by Chris Evans. Both have outstanding organizational traits.
We would recommend a home built by Jim Ingledue Construction.

I want you to know that Chris and I are very pleased with the results of this project. We are surprised that the new roof lines have drastically changed the lakeside appearance for the better.
Your staff was very good to work with. Phil was patient with us and was helpful in assisting us to visualize the project as it was unfolding. Everyone was well mannered, stayed on task, and left a clean work site each day.
We did not solicit bids for this job because we thought you would do a good job for us. We were right.

What can I say! We are so pleased with the house. It has turned out just as Joanne had envisioned. I know a lot of people who have built custom homes and by the time they are finished, they are disappointed; they are hardly on speaking terms with their builder.
